We are sorry that you are not 100% satisfied with the product you received. We are happy to accept returns and exchanges for most new products. Before you decide to return or exchange the product, please carefully read our return and exchange terms and ensure that the item you want to return meets the following conditions:
Return and exchange conditions:
a. All returned or exchanged goods must be unworn, undamaged, unwashed, and all original labels and packaging must be intact. Otherwise, the buyer will be responsible for all costs incurred (such as order fees and logistics fees) and will not be refunded.
b. The product can be returned or exchanged within 7 working days. After receiving it, please wait a few days. Please note that requests that are overdue may not be accepted.
c. We do not provide freight collect (FTC) service for packages returned to us. If you return the package due to personal reasons, the return cost will be borne by you. On the contrary, we are responsible for bearing the costs.
d. We do not accept products that are returned directly without prior notice to us.

Refund:
After receiving and checking your return, we will send you an email notifying you that we have received your return. We will also inform you whether the refund has been approved. If approved, we will process your refund and automatically transfer the refund amount to your credit card or original payment method within 5-7 business days.
If you have not received the refund yet, please check your bank account again first.
Then contact your credit card company, the refund may take some time to be officially credited to your account. Next, please contact your bank. Refunds to the account usually require some processing time.
